Delivering High Quality Projects
Pocket Neighborhoods, as envisioned by Ross Chapin, are intimate clusters of homes centered around a shared green space, with parking discreetly positioned around each cluster. This design prioritizes human scale and the creation of close-knit communities, where homes face inward toward the common area, fostering regular neighborly interactions. The shared spaces serve as communal “living rooms,” encouraging residents to engage in social activities, collaborate on neighborhood projects, and support one another. By emphasizing connections over isolation, these neighborhoods nurture a strong sense of belonging and provide a more sustainable, supportive, and connected living environment..
